Due to the limited and often made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns unless your purchase is faulty or damaged. If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement where possible, or a refund if not.

Physical items ship within 2 weeks of purchase, unless the item is made-to-order, in which case it will ship within 1 week of receipt from manufacturer.
